“After 40 years of designing homes for the custom luxury home market, designing a speculative home for a builder is something I take very seriously. I have the honor of working for some of the finest homebuilders in the country. I make sure that each house is attention getting and appeals to the current market. I am proud to say that almost all of my plans for builders sell before completed. In addition to custom plans, I also have participated in product development for two of the Dallas area’s top luxury production builders – production plans and model homes in the 2 million and over market. What might tell you most about me is that I have designed personal homes for EVERY builder I have worked with – except one, who will not move from his current property, but maybe one day…….

My designs are in 3D from the very beginning (not just renderings at the end). This allows better buyer clarity, confident decisions, faster approval, and fewer jobsite changes.
